Jody Enget -Executive DirectorGraduating from Colorado State University in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Psychology, Jody received her NARHA registered instructor status in 1997, completed a M.A. degree in Psychology from Chapman University in 2000 and received her Colorado License in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2006. Jody worked at Griffith Centers for Children, residential treatment facility for adolescent boys from 1996-2007 in the Trails To Trust Therapeutic Riding Program. As the Director of the Equine Therapy Program, Jody was charged the administrative oversight for the program in addition to providing equine therapy services to the centers youth and families. In August of 2008, Jody became the Clinical Director for Day Treatment and Group Home services at Griffith Centers for Children. Currently, Jody is on the NARHA Board of Trustees and the EFMHA (Equine Facilitated Mental Health Association) Board. Jody’s husband, Aaron Enget, works at the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and they have four children, Preslee, Riley, Halle, and Trigve.

Nancy Beers (Marshall)-Program DirectorNancy has years of experience in therapeutic riding and has worked off and on with PPTRC for many years. She also has extensive experience working with human service agencies and managing a business. Her long history with PPTRC as an instructor and as staff is a great benefit to our riders. She is also well known in the horse community for her use of horses in the mental health arena and expert horse skills.

Diane Eshelman –Business ManagerDiane comes to us from the Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey Association where she organized and directed a large international tournament. She has a degree in Business Computer Methods with Information Systems and is experienced in account receivables, online registration, and scheduling. In addition, Diane has worked twice a week as a volunteer at PPTRC and has experienced the amazing benefits of our program first-hand.

Monte Goodrich –Barn/Property ManagerWith a name like Monte Goodrich it should not surprise anyone that he was raised on a ranch outside of Colorado Springs and has been on horseback since he was three years old. A former member of the National Little Britches Rodeo Association, Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association as well as the Pikes Peak Range Riders; Monte comes to us with the knowledge and equine experience needed for the position. This loyal, honest, trustworthy and compassionate man driven by integrity received high praises from his references. Please say "Hi" when you see him around the barn.
